Returns

Each piece is inspected carefully before leaving our Jaipur studio.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact info@iroiro.in within three days of delivery, including photographs where possible.

Once approved, returns must be sent back within fifteen days. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Because our textiles are handwoven from reclaimed textiles, slight variations in colour, texture and weave are an inherent part of the making process and should not be considered defects.

Items purchased on sale, as well as garments that have been worn, washed or altered, cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refunds

As most pieces are made to order or produced in small batches, refunds are issued only for approved returns relating to damaged, incorrect, unfulfilled or missing items.

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method within seven days.
