Men Written by Women reflects on how women have long imagined masculinity, through letters, novels, cinema and desire.

The language of menswear has largely been one of rigidity: power, structure, restraint. This first introduction of menswear to Iro Iro asks what masculinity looks like imagined through a different gaze. Familiar archetypes soften into fluid drape and altered proportion, in fabrics from the Iro Iro Textile Lab that carry visible traces of repair. A gentler architecture of masculinity, where tenderness sits comfortably beside strength.
